NoCO2 Certification Standard
|

|
Achieving NoCO2 Certification means that your company is carbon neutral and that it has completely removed its climate change impacts.
NoCO2 certified companies can display the NoCO2 logo to market and communicate the climate change actions they have taken. |
|
NoCO2 certification is metered through an engineering audit that determines the emissions that your company is responsible for in its operations and an emissions monitoring process that ensures that your company continues to leave a zero carbon footprint.
Carbon Emissions Audit
A comprehensive emissions audit is fundamental to any claim of carbon neutrality. The audit quantifies the life cycle emissions from all inputs (labour, products and services) that your company is responsible for consuming. The audit is written in strict accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard which is the world's most widely used and recognised greenhouse gas accounting tool. A document outlining the assessment methodology can be downloaded here. The chart below is adapted from the GHG Protocol and displays these emissions sources.

Reducing and Offsetting Emissions
The Carbon Audit lets your company know how big its footprint is, and what the biggest sources are, As part of the process, we provide suggestions as to where serious reductions can be made. Following on from this, we provide you with the carbon credits needed to offset your unavoidable climate change impacts to ensure that you walk with a zero carbon footprint.
